Kettering Rugby Football Club
2021 - Present
During my time working with KRFC, I've overseen the design and fulfillment of all print collateral for Kettering Rugby Club, collaborating closely with the client to create a cohesive print identity for the 21-22, 22-23, and 23-24 seasons. The goal was to establish a unified visual language, enhancing the club's overall aesthetic within the league.
For the 22-23 season, we developed a distinctive theme centered around "Unity, community, teamwork, rugby." We carefully crafted graphical elements to visually convey the club's family-friendly and inclusive nature, seamlessly integrating this concept into diverse projects such as membership card holders, match day leaflets, the annual beer festival collateral, and the club handbook. As the lead designer, I managed design and print schedules, obtaining quotes from printers and overseeing in-house printing, trimming, folding, and packaging for bi-weekly deliveries throughout the season. This process, from September to May, required a quick turnaround for each game, including the design and handcrafted production of 200 matchday leaflets for every home game of the 1st team.
I've maintained a strong freelance relationship with Kettering Rugby Club, contributing to various projects, including designing a shirt commemorating the HITREDS philosophy introduced by the late Doug Bridgman and continue to work with them to this day.
